由气密型柔性防护体、排风及进风净化系统、空气消毒系统、调压口、压差测量装置、高效净化装置、暖风机(选配)和附件组成,可运行负压防疫和正压防护两种模式。在疫情常态化防控背景下,该产品可灵活架设在社区、商场、企业及学校等人员密集区的开阔地,快速建立起一个临时负压隔离间,用于对体温异常或有其他疑似症状的突发人员实施就地应急隔离,可在救护车前来转运就诊的空窗期,有效切断病毒通过飞沫、接触和气溶胶扩散等传染途径,同时有效保护疫情防控工作人员。该产品通过国家空调设备质量监督检验中心检测,对中位直径0.3微米的粒子过滤效率为99.99%,优于救护车国家标准要求规定的99.7%过滤效率。是北京高校新冠疫情防控应急科研11个项目之一。
Double mode negative pressure isolation tent is composed of a protective tent, a pressure regulating port, a differential pressure measuring device, an efficient purification device, a heater (optional) and accessories. In the negative pressure epidemic prevention mode, the high-efficiency purification device efficiently filters particulates such as dust, droplets, and aerosols that may contain pathogenic microorganisms inside the protective tent, adsorbs odors, and discharges clean air. The pressure regulating port filters the air entering the protective tent in a medium-efficient manner, and adjusts the air intake to ensure the specified negative pressure. The toilet in the protective tent is to reduce unnecessary personnel access. Fully consideingr the design of air flow organization, we scientifically lay out the pressure regulating port, bathroom air inlet and air outlets connected to the high-efficiency purification device to ensure that there is no dead angle for ventilation, improve the air quality inside the shield, and ensure the safety of internal personnel.In the positive pressure protection mode, the high-efficiency purification device filters the dust, droplets and aerosols that may contain pathogenic microorganisms in the external air, sends clean air into the protective tent, and establishes a prescribed overpressure in it. We set up safe entrances to avoid the problems of pressure loss in the protective tent and air pollution when people enter and exit.
The product passed the inspection of the National Air Conditioning Equipment Quality Supervision and Inspection Center. The results show that the product can continuously establish a negative pressure of not less than 20Pa, and the filtration efficiency of particles with a median diameter of 0.3 microns is 99.999%, which is better than the 99.7% filtration efficiency required by national standards for ambulances, which can effectively cut off pathogenic microorganisms. Pollution of the outside air is suitable for promotion and application.
