该技术通过过氧化氢蒸汽在被消毒物品表面形成微冷凝,在各种微生物等表面形成纳米级的包围层,过氧化氢分子会释放出强氧化性自由基,对各种微生物进行杀灭。实现全流程闭环管控可追溯,最大程度降低新冠病毒通过进口冷链食品输入风险,解决了冷链集装箱内汽体扩散问题,实现冷链集装箱箱内原位预防性消毒+集中式预防性消毒。减少搬运作业人员的感染风险,同时提供消毒效率、保证消毒效果。
在进口冷链食品、海关口岸的冷链消毒市场应用空间较大。也应用于国内大型公路、铁路口岸、公路集装箱、库存进口食品消毒。相关技术已在青浦海关、外港海关和洋山海关完成了现场消毒验证实验,并于2020年10月30日通过海关总署科技司鉴定验收。

There is a large application space in the cold chain disinfection market of imported cold chain food and customs ports. It can also be used for disinfection of large domestic roads, railway ports, highway containers and imported food stocks. The relevant technologies have been verified in Qingpu customs, Waigang customs and Yangshan customs, and passed the identification and acceptance by the Science and Technology Department of the General Administration of Customs on October 30, 2020.
